Is the price per person or per night?

The price is always per cube, for up to three people incl. Chillbox.

Is there a toilet at the adventure site and how far is it from the cube on foot?

We always set up the sleeperoo within walking distance of a toilet and wash hand basin. The distance can vary between 20 and 500 metres depending on the location. The Toilet and WHB is usually available to the guest over night, you can find more information on the individual spot description under the heading “Sanitary Facilities”.

Is there a shower?

Showers are not always available, our guest surveys show that for our concept of a one/two-night experience in an extraordinary location showers are not essential. The luxury lies in the exclusivity of the location in which you would not normally get to spend the night. That said every location is different and you can find more information on the individual spot description under the heading “Sanitary Facilities”.

Where do we get breakfast and other meals?

Some hosts will offer breakfast others will recommend restaurants, cafes, or bakeries nearby. In some locations, you’ll have to take care of your own meals and you can find more information on the individual spot description under the heading “Tipps“.

Can we have two adults and two children over night in the sleeperoo?

The options given in our booking engine are for up to three of three people. The mattress is 160 X 2m and is very comfortable so we leave it entirely up to you if you want to include a second child. When booking please indicate in the comment box that there will be another child so that the host can adjust the amount of bed linen etc if required.

Can we bring our dog?

In order to be considerate to others who may have allergies to animal fur/hair dogs and other animals are not allowed in the sleeperoo. You can find more information on this in our House Rules at housekeeping.

When can we arrive?

Your Check-in and Check-out times will be on the information sheet which will be sent to you along with your ticket. Don’t forget to bring your photo ID or Passport with you. If you have any further questions on this your host will be happy to help.

Is there an electrical power supply socket or WIFI in the sleeperoo?

The Cube is equipt with battery-operated LED lights and is without a mains power supply. Most spots will have a power supply somewhere near your cube. You can find more detailed information on this under “Notes for Participants” on each experience page or in your ticket information sheet. Some locations may also have wifi, however, we recommend you try total digital detox and really disconnect.

Are the contents of the Chillbox vegan?

Yes, all the contents of Chillbox are not only vegan but also organic. If you have food allergies or particular dietary requirements please contact us for further details

Do we have to cancel our overnight experience if there are thunderstorms or inclement weather.

No, the Cube is weather tested and withstands winds of up to force 8. So make yourself comfortable in your sleeperoo and enjoy the pounding of the rain. If your overnight experience is not possible due to exceptionally bad weather we will cancel it in good time and offer you an alternative appointment.

Are there locations with two or more sleep cubes. ?

Until recently there was only ever one cube per location but due to increased demand, we have added extra cubes in some suitable locations.

How long is a voucher valid for?

A voucher is valid for five years. You can find more information on this at www.sleeperoo.ie/generaltermsandconditions

Can I make a booking over the phone?

Booking and payment are only possible online. As sleeperoos are available in special locations where you get exclusive permission to stay overnight. Your acceptance of general terms and conditions and house rules are an essential part of the online booking process and necessary for insurance reasons.

Do all the guests have to be over 18 years?

No, only the person making the booking must be eighteen years or over. This person is then responsible/liable for their entire party including children.

Can I cancel or rebook my booking?

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing by E-Mail. You can find more information on this at www.sleeperoo.ie/generaltermsandconditions

Why are nights priced differently depending on where and when you stay?

The price is based on demand and the exclusivity of the location. Overnights are usually most expensive on Saturdays followed by Fridays and Sundays, and Mondays to Thursdays.

Is there a brochure with sleeperoo offers?

Since sleeperoo is a Pop-Up concept and places are only used for a limited period of time it doesen’t make sence to print our offers in paper brochures. A complete overview of our offers can always be found on our website.
